Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid Zippano plans purchased through zippano.com on or after the effective date. It covers one-time purchases and, where offered and expressly authorized at checkout, automatically renewing subscriptions. Purchases made before this date remain subject to the terms presented at purchase and applicable law; please contact us if you need help with an earlier order. The seller and payment provider for your transaction are identified at checkout and on your receipt.

1. Canceling a subscription is not the same as requesting a refund

You may turn off automatic renewal at any time through Zippano's subscription management page, when available, or through the payment provider's subscription controls. Canceling renewal stops future charges; it does not automatically refund a payment already made. Unless a refund is approved or applicable law requires otherwise, paid benefits remain available until the end of the paid period. A one-time purchase does not renew automatically and has no renewal to cancel.

2. Voluntary refund requests

For an initial paid-plan charge or a renewal charge, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 calendar days of the charge, if you wish to request a refund. We review requests individually, including the reason for the request, the time elapsed, whether paid benefits have been used, and the payment method. Material use may include creating or publishing panoramas, uploading content using paid capacity, or substantially using paid-only features; merely signing in or viewing your account does not, by itself, count as material use. A request within 7 days does not automatically guarantee a full refund, and a request after 7 days is not automatically rejected. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a full refund, a partial refund, or no voluntary refund, subject to Sections 3 and 7. Where Paddle is the seller, its buyer refund policy also applies.

3. Incorrect charges and service problems

We will refund verified duplicate or incorrect charges in full, without deducting payment-processing fees. If a material technical problem attributable to Zippano prevents you from accessing the paid service as described and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a full refund or a refund for the unusable portion of the paid period, without deducting payment-processing fees from that remedy. Please provide the order details and a description of the problem so we can investigate. Suspected unauthorized payments may also be reported to PayPal, Paddle, your bank, or your card issuer, as applicable.

4. Plan changes and prepaid downgrades

An upgrade credit based on unused value from an existing plan is a discount toward the new plan, not a cash refund. If an upgrade payment is refunded, we will adjust the related discount and plan benefits to avoid refunding the same value twice, subject to applicable law.

If you have paid in advance for a downgrade that has not yet taken effect, you may ask to cancel the pending order and request a refund. If this is a voluntary change of mind, the refund may be partial under Section 6 because some original payment-processing fees may not be recoverable. We may also approve a full refund at our discretion; fees are not deducted where a full refund is required under Sections 3 or 7. Once the lower plan takes effect, the ordinary rules in this Policy apply. Changing to another pending plan may require refunding the previous pending order and placing a new order; we will tell you the amount to be refunded and any proposed deduction before proceeding. This paragraph applies only if prepaid scheduled downgrades are offered.

5. How to request a refund

Email zippanovr@gmail.com from your Zippano account or billing email. Include your account email, order or transaction ID, charge date and amount, and the reason for your request. You can also use any refund request option shown in your receipt or payment provider's customer portal. Our team will review the request manually and may ask for information reasonably needed to verify the transaction and resolve the issue. For a proposed partial refund, we will explain the calculation and obtain your confirmation before initiating it.

For a payment made directly to Zippano through PayPal, contact Zippano first; PayPal's Resolution Center remains available under PayPal's rules. For a transaction where your receipt identifies Paddle as the seller, you may contact Zippano or request a refund through Paddle's buyer support. Paddle processes refunds for its transactions under its buyer terms and refund policy. We will not ask you to accept an off-platform repayment in place of a Paddle refund.

6. Refund amount, method, and paid access

For a voluntary refund not required by law or arising from our billing error or an unresolved service problem, part of the original payment-processing fee may be deducted if that fee is not recoverable from the payment provider. Any such deduction will not exceed the verified, non-refundable payment-processing fee attributable to the transaction; we do not impose a separate, fixed refund or administration fee. If paid service has already been used, any proposed reduction for the used portion will be explained separately. Before initiating a partial refund, we will tell you the original amount paid, each proposed deduction and its basis, the amount to be refunded, and the effect on your plan. We may instead approve a full refund and bear those costs ourselves. If you do not accept a proposed voluntary partial refund, we will not process it on that basis; your mandatory rights remain unaffected. No processing fee is deducted from a full refund required by applicable law, Section 3, or the seller's binding policy.

Approved refunds are normally sent to the original payment method through the seller or payment provider that processed the charge. Refunds handled by Paddle remain subject to Paddle's review and buyer policy; Zippano cannot unilaterally set Paddle's final refund amount. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider, bank, and payment method; currency conversion may affect the amount shown in your local currency. We will notify you of the decision and, where available, provide the refund transaction details.

When a full refund is issued for a paid period, the corresponding paid benefits end and automatic renewal for that plan will be stopped. For a partial refund, we will explain whether paid benefits end, are adjusted, or continue until a specified date, and whether automatic renewal remains active, before you confirm the refund. If a partial refund ends the plan, its automatic renewal will also be stopped. Your account may revert to the applicable free plan, and content that exceeds free-plan limits may become subject to that plan's access and upload restrictions. Refunds do not, by themselves, authorize deletion of your content; content handling remains subject to Zippano's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

7. Mandatory rights and policy changes

Nothing in this Policy limits non-waivable rights under applicable consumer-protection law, including any statutory withdrawal or remedy rights. If Paddle is the seller, Paddle's Refund Policy and buyer terms also apply; where the law or Paddle grants greater rights, those rights prevail. A payment dispute or chargeback does not remove any lawful rights, but we will avoid issuing a duplicate refund for the same charge.

We may update this Policy by posting a revised version with a new effective date. A change will not retroactively reduce rights attached to a completed purchase.
